Hi. I'm Charlotte Wise.
I'm a design researcher with expertise in usability, user research, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility. I enjoy collaboration and design leadership from the beginning of a project through delivery to the hands of users. My work spans academia, agency settings, and supporting scrum teams in software engineering, giving me insight into B2B and B2C user experience that is unusually broad and deep.
One of the things I like best about working in UX is the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of real people, wherever and however they interact with technology.
